摘  要:巴蜜34号是以甘肃品种小暑白兰瓜的变异单瓜中选育出来的自交系B_(22)为母本、甘肃品种黄河蜜的变异单瓜中选育出来的自交系B_2为父本,配制的杂交一代厚皮甜瓜新品种。全生育期95 d,表现为植株生长旺盛,抗逆性强,坐果整齐;果实美观,果肉厚、含糖量高,口感好,耐贮。平均单瓜重2.72 kg,果肉厚3.78 cm,果肉中心折光糖含量14.6%。2016年通过巴彦淖尔市农作物品种推广小组办公室备案登记。本文介绍了巴蜜34号的选育经过,阐述了其特征特性,总结了其栽培技术,以期为该品种的推广应用提供参考。Bami 34 is a new muskmelon F1 variety developed by crossing inbred lines from single fruit of Gansu honey melon mutation breeding B22 as female parent,and inbred lines from single fruit of Gansu Huanghemi mutation breeding B2 as male parent.The whole growth period of Bami 34 is 95 days,it showed vigorous plant,strong resistance,fruit setting neat,beautiful fruit,thick pulp,high sugar content,good taste and storage resistant.The average melon weight was 2.72 kg,the thickness of pulp was 3.78 cm,and the refraction sugar content of center pulp was 14.6%.Bami 34 was registered through Bayannur Crop Variety Promotion Group Office in 2016.The breeding process of Bami 34 was introduced,and its characteristics and cultivation techniques were summarized,in order to provide references for the promotion and application of this variety.
