摘  要:目的:研究北青龙衣乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用正相、反相色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱和高效液相制备色谱等多种手段对乙酸乙酯部位进行成分分离和纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从北青龙衣中共分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(1),反式-3-羟基-4-甲氧基肉桂酸(2),4-(1-羟基-1-甲基乙基)苯甲酸(3),3,5-二羟基-1,4-萘醌(4),4(R)-5-羟基-4-乙氧基-β-四氢萘酮(5),4(S)-4,5-二羟基-α-四氢萘酮(6),异阿魏酸甲酯(7)。结论:其中化合物1~3,化合物7为首次从胡桃属中分离获得。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from EtOAc extract of Juglans mandshurica Maxim. Methods : The chemical constituents from EtOAc extract were separated and purified by normal - phase and reversed -phase silica gel column, Sephadex LH -20 porous polymer gel column and HPLC chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by the physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Seven compounds were identified as follows, di - (2 - ethylexyl) - phthalate ( 1 ), trans - 3 - hydroxy - 4 - methoxy-cinnamic acid (2), 4 - ( 1 - hydroxy - 1 - methylethyl) - benzoic acid (3), 3,5 - dihydroxy - 1,4 - naphtho- quinone (4), 4 (R) - 5 - hydroxy - 4 - ethoxy - β - tetralones (5), 4 (S) - 4,5 - dihydroxy - α - tetralone (6), methyl isoferulate(7). Conclusion : Compound 1, 2, 3, and 7 were isolated from Juglaus maudshurica Maxim for the first time
