消异方改善子宫腺肌病患者疼痛症状及胞饮突的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究消异方对子宫腺肌病患者疼痛症状的疗效和胞饮突改善情况,以期为子宫腺肌病的治疗提供新的诊疗思路。方法:符合纳入标准的60例子宫腺肌病患者,按照随机数表法分治疗组和对照组各30例,其中治疗组患者口服消异方,对照组患者口服达那唑和孕三烯酮,观察3个月经周期后患者疼痛症状改善情况以及胞饮突的变化情况。结果:两组患者疼痛症状较治疗前显著减轻,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);且治疗组患者胞饮突发育情况较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组胞饮突改善情况优于对照组。结论:消异方能够有效改善子宫腺肌病患者疼痛症状及胞饮突发育情况。Objective： To study the effect of Xiaoyi Formula on improving pain and pinopodes in treatment of endometriosis interna. Methods： 60 cases of endometriosis interna were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyi Formula, whereas the control group was treated with Danazol and Gestrinone. Pain improvement and pinopodes changes were observed after threecourse treatment. Results： Pain was significantly reduced after the treatment, of which the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The development of pinopodes in the treatment group was significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups, and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoyi Fommla can effectively alleviate pain and improve the development of pinopodes in patients with endometrlosls lnterna
