香砂六君子丸协同“四联疗法”治疗脾胃虚弱合Hp型慢性胃炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨香砂六君子丸协同"四联疗法"治疗脾胃虚弱合Hp型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例脾胃虚弱合Hp型慢性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组患者采用传统的"四联疗法"治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上口服香砂六君子丸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候评分、Hp清除率及复发率。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率及Hp清除率显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组,两组比较具有显著差异性(P <0. 05),治疗前两组患者各中医证候评分之间比较无显著性差异(P> 0. 05),治疗后两组患者各中医证候评分均明显降低,且研究组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:香砂六君子丸协同"四联疗法"可有效改善患者的中医证候,清除Hp,减少复发,提高治疗效果,在脾胃虚弱合Hp型慢性胃炎的治疗中具有重要应用价值。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Pill combined with ＂ Quadruple Therapy＂ in treatment of Hp related chronic gastritis due to deficiency of Spleen and Stomach. Methods： 60 patients with Hp related chronic gastritis due to deficiency of Spleen and Stomach were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tradi- tional ＂Quadruple Therapy＂ ; on which basis, the study group was also treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Pill. Clinical effect, TCM syndrome scores, Hp clearance rate, and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups beforeand after treatment. Results ： The total effective rate and Hp clearance rate were obviously higher in the study group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the study group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant diffm〉nce in TCM syn- drome scorns between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05） ; TCM syndrome scores were both decreased in the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05） ; the deerease of the study group was more significant compared to that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Xiangsha Liujunzi Pill combined with ＂Quadruple Therapy＂ has significant value in treatment of Hp related chronic gastritis due to deficiency of Spleen and Stomach, it can effectively improve TCM syndrome scores, remove Hp and decrease recurrence rate to increase the curative efficacy.
