葛根芩连汤加味结合针刺治疗湿热证急性胃肠炎的疗效及对PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根芩连汤加味结合针刺治疗湿热证急性胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的湿热证急性胃肠炎患者120例,随机分为对照组(n=60)和治疗组(n=60)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用葛根芩连汤加味结合针刺治疗,3天为1个疗程。1个疗程后比较两组患者的临床疗效,腹痛、腹泻、恶心呕吐症状消失时间和血清PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6水平。结果:治疗后治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);腹痛、腹泻、恶心呕吐症状消失时间低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者血清PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低(P <0. 05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:葛根芩连汤加味结合针刺治疗急性胃肠炎可以促进患者胃肠功能恢复,改善症状,提高临床疗效,其机制可能与降低血清PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6的水平有关。Objective ： To study the clinical effect of modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with acupuncture treating acute gastroenteritis of dampness - heat syndrome. Methods ： 120 patients with acute gastroenteritis of dampness -heat syndrome were randomly divided into the control group （n = 60 ） and the observation group（n = 60）. The routine treatment was used in the control group; on which basis, modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with acupuncture was also applied in the observation group. After thine clays of treatment, the overall efficacy, disappearing time of symptoms（pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomitting） , as well as serum levels of PCT, hs - CRP, and IL - 6 were compared between the two groups. Results ： Clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Disappearing time of symptoms came earlier in the observation group than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum levels of PCT, hs -CHP, and IL -6 weresignificantly lower after treatment in the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; they were more lower in the observation group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The therapy of modified Gegen Qianlian Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve symptoms and promote recovery of gastrointestinal function to increase curative effect when treating acute gastroenteritis, which may be related with down - regulating serum levels of PCT, hs - CRP, and IL - 6.
