摘　　要：利用数字地球平台结合WebGIS技术,构建了面向地震灾害监测的无人机遥感应用系统,实现了无人机遥感影像、原始照片的网络发布与显示,并在此基础上根据相关规范现了遥感震害解译功能,促进无人机遥感技术在地震灾害监测和应急救援中的应用。An unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing earthquake emergency systemis introduced in this paper. This system is developed with digital earth technology and WebGISTechnology.Itimplements the function of publishing UAV original photos and remote sensing images. In addition,it extract earthquake disasters from UAV remote sensing images follows relevantstandard. This system can improve the application of UAV Remote Sensing Technology in earthquake disaster monitoring and emergency rescue.
