摘　　要：舞钢结合陕-京四线天然气管道工程项目需求,采取低碳贝氏体钢成分设计思路,并通过合理的控轧控冷及淬火+回火工艺,成功开发出汇气管用特厚、高韧性管件用L485Q钢板。钢板各项性能指标优良,试生产及批量生产性能稳定,完全满足项目标准要求。In order to satisfy the demands of Shan - Jing No. 4 Natural Gas Pipeline Project, Wugang successfully develops extra heavy and high toughness L485Q steel plate for gas distributor by adopting composition design concept for low carbon bainite steel and rational process of controlled rolling ＋ controlled cooling and quenching ＋ tempering, of which all properties indicators are excellent with stable properties in trial and batch production, fully meeting the standard requirements of the project.
