摘  要:为了研究CO2分压对3Cr钢在高温蒸汽环境中腐蚀的影响。利用高温高压釜模拟CO2辅助蒸汽驱注气井工况,在160℃,CO2分压为1~4MPa的条件下,对3Cr钢进行了失重挂片腐蚀实验,得到3Cr钢的腐蚀速率,并利用SEM、EDS、XRD及XPS观测了3Cr钢的腐蚀形貌及产物组成。结果表明:在实验条件下,3Cr钢的腐蚀速率均小于油田腐蚀控制指标(0.076mm/a),且随着CO2分压的升高,其腐蚀速率先升高后降低;CO2分压为1~2MPa时,腐蚀产生的FeCO3逐渐沉积在试样的表面,使FeCO3晶体的数量逐渐增多;CO2分压为3~4MPa时,腐蚀产物中的FeCO3晶体有少量溶解,FeCO3晶体棱角逐渐变圆,形成的腐蚀产物变得更加致密。含CO2高温蒸汽环境中,CO2分压主要影响FeCO3的沉积和溶解,从而影响了3Cr钢腐蚀产物膜的保护性,进一步影响3Cr钢的腐蚀速率。To study the effects of CO2 pressure on 3 Cr steel in the high temperature steam environment.The corrosion tests were conducted in a HTHP autoclave to simulate the CO2 auxiliary steam drive.3 Cr steels were subjected to weight loss test under the condition of CO2 partial pressure range of 1-4 MPa at 160℃.The corrosion morphology and product composition were explored by SEM,EDS,XRD and XPS.The results show that the corrosion rate of 3 Cr steel is lower than the corrosion control line of oil field(0.076 mm/a).With the increase of CO2 partial pressure,the corrosion rate firstly increases and then decreases.When the CO2 partial pressure is 1-2 MPa,the FeCO3 generated by corrosion process gradually deposits on the surface of steel,and the number of FeCO3 crystals gradually increases.When the CO2 partial pressure is 3-4 MPa,a small amount of FeCO3 crystals in the corrosion products dissolves,and the corners of FeCO3 crystals become rounder and the corrosion products become more compact.The results show that CO2 partial pressure mainly affects the deposition and dissolution of FeCO3 in the high temperature steam containing CO2 environment,which influences the protective properties of3 Cr steel corrosion products,thus further affecting the corrosion rate.
