摘 要:目的探究环介导恒温扩增技术(LAMP)、实时恒温扩增RNA技术(SAT)和连接酶链反应法(LCR)对子宫内膜炎患者解脲支原体(UU)和生殖支原体(MG)检出率的差异。方法收集2015年12月至2017年4月就诊于深圳市宝安区福永人民医院的子宫内膜炎患者186例,分别采用三种方法对患者宫颈分泌物进行检测,对测量结果进行特异性和敏感度比较。结果 SAT检测UU的敏感度为91.5%,与LAMP、LCR检测方法(88.4%和83.1%)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAT与LAMP对MG的敏感度分别为86.8%和86.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是均明显高于LCR的79.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAT方法诊断UU合并MG的敏感度最高,为83.3%,与LCR方法的75.5%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SAT和LAMP检测的特异度分别为96.8%、96.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相对于LAMP和LCR,SAT对子宫内膜炎患者UU和MG的检测具有较好的敏感性,该方法的独特优势值得在女性专科和大型综合医院实验室推荐使用。Objective To explore the difference in detection rates of loop mediated isothermal amplification technology(LAMP), RNA real-time fluorescent constant temperature amplificationdetection(SAT) and ligase chain reaction(LCR) method Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and Mycoplasma genitalium(MG). Methods A total of 186 patients with endometritis treated with Baoan District Fuyong People's Hospital of Shenzhen were collected from December 2015 to April 2017. Three methods(LAMP, SAT, LCR) were used to detect the cervical secretions, and the specificity and sensitivity of the results were compared. Results The sensitivity of SAT to UU was 91.5%, which was significantly higher than 88.4% of LAMP and 83.1% of LCR(P0.05). The sensitivity of SAT and LAMP to MG were 86.8% and 86.0%, respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P0.05), but they were significantly higher than 79.2% of LCR(P0.05). The sensitivity of SAT in the diagnosis of UU complicating MG was the highest(83.3%), which was significantly higher than 75.5% of LCR(P0.05). The specificity of SAT and LAMP detection was 96.8% and 96.6% respectively, with no statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Compared with LAMP and LCR, SAT has better sensitivity for the detection of UU and MG in patients with endometritis, which are recommended for use in female specialties and large general hospital.
