中小血管吻合术中医用黏合剂和血管内支撑体应用的研究进展

摘　　要：中小血管吻合术的出现是外科技术的里程碑样的事件,在现有的20余种中小血管吻合方法中,针线法应用最为广泛,但存在一些不足。黏合法因可以弥补丝线法的不足逐渐成为近年来的研究热点,黏合法的逐步改良过程,实则为医用黏合剂和血管内支撑体的不断发展,医用黏合剂和血管内支撑体的联合应用有望成为血管吻合技术的主要方法之一。本文通过查阅有关血管吻合技术的发展历程,对中小血管吻合技术的方法进行概述,并对黏合法中目前应用的医用黏合剂和血管内支撑体进行总结分析。The appearance of small and medium vascular anastomosis is a landmark event in surgical techniques. Among the more than 20 kinds of small and medium vascular anastomosis methods, the needle method is the most widely used, but there are some deficiencies. Medical adhesives can remedy defect of needle method and are becoming a hot research topic in recent years. The combined application of medical adhesives and intravascular support could be one of the main methods of vascular anastomosis in the future. Through the regression of related vascular anastomosis technology development process, the vascular anastomosis techniques, and the medical adhesives and intravascular support are summarized.
