摘　　要：新时代、新政策、新形势下图书馆的转型成为各高校图书馆的关注热点,在建设"双一流"大学的大背景下,重庆大学图书馆以此为契机结合国家"十三五规划",推出了一系列转型方针,阅读推广纳入业务工作流程。而构建科学学术谱系文献著者智库研究则是针对专业学术论文进行阅读推广的一项重点转型项目。The transformation of university library has become a focus in the new era with new policies. Against the background of striving to be ＂Double First-class＂, Chongqing University Library launches a series of transformation policies which combined the national ＂13th Five-Year plan＂, including reading promotion into business workflow. The study of the think tank of the scientific academic genealogical literature is a key transformation project for reading promotion on academic papers.
