摘 要:通过对苜蓿进行喷施黄腐酸或接种根瘤菌(Sinorhizobium meliloti CCBAU01290)处理,比较不同处理对苜蓿固氮效率及其生长的影响。结果发现,喷施黄腐酸或接种根瘤菌显著增加了苜蓿的根瘤数、根瘤鲜重及固氮酶活性;喷施黄腐酸使两年年产量分别增加了29.57%和20.35%,接种根瘤菌则分别增加了10.27%和29.34%。In this study, the effects of fulvic acid and Sinorhizobium meliloti CCBAU01290 on the symbiotic efficiency and growth of alfalfa were investigated. The results showed that fulvic acid spraying or rhizobial inoculation significantly increased the number, fresh weight and the nitrogenase activity of alfalfa nodules. In two consecutive years, the annual yield of alfalfa increased by 29.57% and 20.35% when sprayed with fulvic acid while increased by 10.27% and 29.34% when rhizobia was inoculated.
