摘 要:目的分析攀枝花市2014-2016年度流行性感冒(简称流感)流行趋势,为该地流感防控提供科学依据。方法收集2014年4月至2017年3月攀枝花市哨点医院以及流感疫情的流感样病例(influenza-like illness,ILI)咽拭子标本,接种于狗肾传代(MDCK)细胞分离病毒,血凝抑制(hemagglutination inhibition,HI)实验鉴定病毒型别。结果 4 522份ILI咽拭子标本分离出流感病毒313份,阳性率为6.92%,各年度阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);313份流感病毒中含45株甲型H1N1流感病毒、1株欧亚类禽H1N1猪流感病毒、106株H3N2、103株Bvictoir(Bv)系和58株Byamagata(By)系。3个年度中H3N2、By系、Bv系、甲型H1N1呈现此消彼长、依次交替流行;毒株亚型分布与国内一致;有冬春季和夏季(H3N2)流行高峰,但冬春季高峰较省内其他地区延后8~10周;暴发疫情发生在4~5月的学校与托幼机构。结论攀枝花市流感有冬春和夏季高峰,春季学校为流感暴发疫情重点关注场所,应加强该人群流感疫苗接种。Objective To analyze the epidemic strains of influenza from 2014 to 2016 in Panzhihua city of China. Methods The throat swab specimen from influenza-like illness(ILI)cases were collected from April2014 to March 2017 in sentinel hospitals and flu outbreaks.Samples were inoculated into Madin-Darby Canine Kidney(MDCK)cells to separate the influenza virus strains.Virus genotypes were evaluated by hemagglutination inhibition test. Results A total of 4 522 influenza-like cases were detected and 313 influenza strains(6.92%)were obtained that include 45 strains of H1 N1 subtype,1 strain of Eurasian avian-like swine H1 N1,106 of H3 N2 subtype,103 of Bvictoir and 58 of Byamagata subtypes.There were significant differences in the positive rates among different years(P0.01).H3 N2,Bvictoir,Byamagata and H1 N1 sutbypes showed a shifting epidemic patterns during the three years of surveillance.The strain distribution is consistent with other areas of China.H3 N2 showed two epidemic peaks(winter and summer)while the winter peak was about 8-10 weeks late when comparing to other areas in the same province.Influenza outbreaks mostly happened in April or May in kindergartens or schools. Conclusions Winter and summer are the two peak seasons of influenza epidemics in Panzhihua city of China.Influenza outbreaks were mainly clustered in schools and kindergartens from April to May.
