摘 要:本文通过冰箱整机流场仿真及蒸发器换热仿真,分析流场分布及温度场分布,根据仿真结果对冰箱风路系统进行针对性的改进,优化蒸发器仓的速度场以及温度场。仿真结果及实验结果显示,优化方案提高了蒸发器的换热效率,提升了整机性能,为冰箱的性能优化提供了参考。In this paper, flow field simulation and evaporator heat transfer simulation are used to analyze the distribution of flow field and temperature field. According to the simulation results, the air duct system of the refrigerator is improved and the velocity field and temperature field of the evaporator chamber will be optimized. The simulation results and experimental results show that the optimization scheme improves the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator and enhances the overall performance providing a reference for the performance optimization of the refrigerator.
