摘　　要：为了解决数控编程中切削用量的快捷计算,本文开发了基于安卓智能手机的切削用量计算软件。该软件支持软键盘参数输入和触摸按钮参数输入,且具有输入数据的自动校验功能,可实现数控车削和铣削加工中切削用量的快捷计算。经测试,其在不同品牌、不同型号的安卓智能手机上均能正常运行,这大大提高了该软件的通用性。In order to calculate the cutting amount in NC programming,the cutting amount calculating software based on Android intelligent mobile phone was developed.The cutting parameters can be input with the soft keyboard or the touching buttons,and the input data can be examined automatically,which is useful for calculating the cutting amount easily in NC turning and milling.The test result shows that the software can work on Android intelligent mobile phones with varied brand and model,which increases the commonality of the software.
