口服非那雄胺联合米诺地尔搽剂治疗男性雄激素性脱发疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨1mg非那雄胺口服联合5%米诺地尔搽剂外用联合治疗男性雄激素性脱发(AGA)的临床疗效。方法:选取我院皮肤科门诊就诊的72例男性AGA患者,单一治疗组(44例)治疗采用5%米诺地尔搽剂外用,联合治疗组(28例)口服非那雄胺联合5%米诺地尔搽剂,疗程均为6个月。第3个月及6个月随访,比较2组间疗效差异。结果:2组患者在治疗3个月和6个月后的有效率无显著性差异(均P>0.05),多数患者获得不同程度的缓解。联合治疗组的显效率显著优于单一治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗期间外用5%米诺地尔搽剂患者中7例(9.7%)出现少许红斑及瘙痒,对症处理后可继续外用。口服非那雄胺患者无性欲减退、勃起功能障碍等不良反应。结论:口服1mg非那雄胺联合5%米诺地尔搽剂外用治疗男性AGA效果显著。To investigate the clinical efficacy of lmg finasteride orally combined with 5% minoxidil liniment externally in the treatment of male androgenetic alopecia （AGA）.Methods：A total of 72 male outpa- tients with AGA from our hospital were enrolled in this study.Patients were treated with 5% minoxidil liniment alone（44 cases）or finasteride combined with 5% minoxidil liniment（28 cases）,respectively.The total course was 6 months and the patients were followed-up at the 3rd month and the 6th month after treatment.The differ- ence in efficacy between both groups was analyzed.Results：There was no significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy of the treatments after 3 months and 6 months （P〉0.05）.The apparent efficacy of the combination therapy group was significantly higher than that of the monotherapy grnup（P〈0.05）,suggesting that the combined therapy has better clinical efficacy.Conclusion：Both methods are effective to improve the symptoms of hair loss.The treatment of lmg finasteride combined with 5% minoxidil liniment for male AGA is safe and effective.
