摘　　要：分析了企业开展管理体系管理评审工作的目的与意义。依据质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系标准,公司通过建立管理体系管理手册,提出管理评审工作要求。依据管理手册管理评审工作要求,制定管理评审工作程序,提出管理评审工作采取的主要措施和方法,其措施和方法具有较突出的管理创新性,通过近3年管理评审结果分析,管理评审工作发挥了较好的作用,促进了管理体系的持续改进和有效运行,具有较好的推广与应用价值。The aim and significance of carrying out management review work of management system for an enterprise are analyzed.According to the management system standard of quality,environment,professional health safety,by means of establishing a management manual for the management system,the requirement for the management review job is proposed.In line with the job requirement of management review in the management manual,the working routine of management review is formulated,and the major measure and method of management review work are proposed,which are innovative and creative.By analyzing the management review results in near three years,the management review work has played a relatively good role,promoting the continuous improvement and effective operation of the management system,meaning that the measure and method can be further promoted and applied.
