摘　　要：目的分析探讨盐酸达拉他韦片和阿舒瑞韦软胶囊全口服用药联合治疗基因1b型丙肝的疗效及优势。方法从Ⅲ期临床治疗研究、安全性分析、难治性人群研究入手,结合药物相互作用、特殊人群用药调整等方面进行分析。结果盐酸达拉他韦片和阿舒瑞韦软胶囊这一全口服联合方案治疗基因1b型丙肝具有较好的疗效和耐受性,且不受已知降低干扰素应答因素的影响。结论盐酸达拉他韦片结合阿舒瑞韦软胶囊的用药方案具有疗程短、治愈率高和副作用低的特点,值得临床推广。Objective Analysis to study the dara he wei hydrochloride and Shu Rui Wei soft capsule oral drugs all the curative effect of combination genotype 1 b hepatitis c and advantages. Methods From phase Ⅲ clinical treatment research, safety analysis and research of refractory crowd, combined with drug interactions, special crowd medication adjustment, etc are analyzed. Results Dara he wei hydrochloride and Shu Rui Wei soft capsule the whole oral combination treatment of genotype 1 b hepatitis c has good efficacy and tolerability, and are not subject to any known to reduce the effects of interferon response factors. Conclusion Shu Rui Wei o dara he wei hydrochloride combined with soft capsule has a short course of regimen, high cure rate and low side effect, worth clinical promotion.
