摘  要:|某小型挖掘机在施工过程中,因所处工况复杂,引导轮安装架容易出现变形,从而引发引导轮损坏及履带脱轨故障。通过调查维修人员常用的处理方法,设计了8套防变形的引导轮安装架结构改进方案,并应用有限元分析法对8套方案逐一进行受力变形模拟,经过对比分析确定最佳方案。试验结果表明,改进方案可有效地防止引导轮安装架变形。It is vulnerable to damage or deform the track idler and/or to run-out the track when a compact excavator operating because of complex job-site conditions or of a combined working requirements. 8 sets of solution to the troubles have been designed through investigating into how the maintenance workers usually deal with such cases before identifying a best solution finally, after finite elements analyzing one by one of the solutions in a way of simulated deformation under stress.Test results show that the improved solution can effectively prevent mounting of the idler from deforming.
