摘　　要：我国森林康养产业起步虽晚、但发展速度快，基于康养功能的森林资源评价与康养基地建设规划需求日益迫切。文章简要论述了森林康养的含义和功能，分析了森林的康养要素和影响康养功能的因素，以此为基础，通过文献查阅、专家问卷咨询，基于科学性、实用性、可比性、动态性原则，确定了基于康养功能的森林资源评价指标的基本框架，共包括4项准则层和16项具体指标；结合专家对单项指标的重要性判断，运用层次分析法计算出其权重值，并明确单项指标的具体解释和初步评价方法，包括相应指标的康养作用和部分指标的评价参考标准．以供森林资源的康养功能评价和康养基地建设规划作为参考。The forest health industry in China starts late but develops rapidly,and the evaluation of forest resources based on health function and construction planning of forest health base is more and more urgent.This paper briefly discussed meaning and function of the forest health,analyzed the essential factor of the forest health and the factors af- fecting the function of health in detail. On this basis,through literature review, experts＇ questionnaire consultation, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the basic framework of the evaluation index of forest resources based on the health function according to the scientific nature, practicability, comparability and dynamic principle, including four criteria layer and 16 specific indexes. Combined with expert＇s judgement of the importance of single index, the weight value was calculated by AHP. The interpretation and initial evaluation method were confirmed, which including health function of single index and evaluation reference standard of partial index was clearly de- fined to provide reference for the evaluation of the health function of the forest resources.
