论中国新型文化业态的发展方向

摘　　要：在经济新常态背景下,科技与文化的日益融合催生出许多新的文化业态,中国新型文化业态得到快速发展,但也存在发展秩序混乱、行业发展不均衡、科技与文化融合不够和人才缺乏等问题。笔者认为,新型文化业态与科技创新紧密结合、在多元化基础上跨界融合发展、以"IP+"为核心的内容产业以及集群化发展将成为中国新型文化业态未来的发展方向和战略选择。在此基础上,笔者从加强政府顶层设计、创新文化体制机制、促进科技与文化深度融合和培养创新创意人才等方面提出相应的对策建议,以促进中国新型文化业态的快速发展。Under the new economic normal,with increasing the integration of technology and culture,many newcultural formats have emerged. China＇s new type of cultural has developed rapidly,but there are some problems thatneed to be solved,such as disorder of development order,unbalanced development industry,insufficient integration oftechnology and culture,and lack of talents. The author thinks it is the trend and the strategy of China＇s new type ofculture that are close integration with scientific and technological innovation,cross-boundary integration on the basisof diversification,content industry with＂IP ＋＂as the core and clustering development. On this basis,the author putsforward the suggestions from the top design,innovating cultural institutions and mechanisms,promote the depth ofscience and technology,cultivate creative talents to promote the rapid development of China＇s new type of culture.
