摘　　要：房地产业作为经济发展的支柱产业,其与经济的良好协调对区域可持续发展有重要作用。为了分析两者之间的关系,基于2005年—2014年陕西省域时间序列数据,引入系统耦合度及耦合协调度模型,利用Arcgis10.2从空间上进行了研究。结论表明,陕西省整体房地产业及区域经济在研究时段内两者间存在较高的耦合度,且随着时间推移耦合协调度在逐渐改善;部分来看下属10个地级市耦合协调度差异明显,不平衡现象较为严重,耦合度呈现由南向北递减的规律。As the pillar industry of economic development, the real estate industry has an important effect on regional sustainable development with good coordination with economy. In order to analyze the relationship between the two, based on the 2005-2014 Shaanxi province time series data, the system coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree model are introduced, and the Arcgis10. 2 is studied from space. The conclusion shows that there is a high coupling degree between the whole real estate industry and regional economy in Shaanxi Province during the study period. With the time lapse, the coupling coordination degree is gradually improved; in part, the 10-prefecture-level cities coupling coordination degree difference is obvious, the imbalance is more serious, the coupling degree appears from south to north descending law.
