摘　　要：2015年2月，中共中央通过并印发实施《关于全面深化公安改革若干重大问题的框架意见》及相关改革方案，指出我国公安体制存在的基本问题，提出了公安体制改革的远景目标。2018年3月，中共中央提出《深化党和国家机构改革方案》，亦涉及公安体制改革。In February 2015, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted and issued the Framework Opinions on Several Major Issues in Comprehensively Deepening the Public Security Reform and related reform programs, pointed out the basic problems in China＇s public security system, and proposed the long-term goal for the reform of public security system.
