云南省自然保护区保护空缺分析

摘　　要：采用GIS分析法对云南省自然保护区的空间分布进行分析,结果表明,部分具有重要生物多样性重要性的生物地理单元未受到足够保护。部分受到威胁的物种未被保护区覆盖。文中分别对滇西北区、滇东北区、滇中以及东区、滇东南区、滇南及滇西南区、滇西区6个自然资源和生物多样性保护区域进行保护空缺分析。在云南自然生态系统中列入优先保护的热带山地雨林、石灰山季雨林、落叶季雨林等9个生态系统类型受保护面积明显不足;在重要的物种中,有21种国家重点保护野生植物及极小种群植物未能获得保护,有21种国家重点保护野生动物及极小种群动物未被保护区覆盖。提出科学编制自然保护区发展规划,推进自然保护区的新建和扩建等发展对策。The spatial distribution of nature reserves in Yunnan Province was analyzed by the GIS. The results showed that some biogeographical units of importance to biodiversity were not adequately protected and some threatened species were not covered by protected areas. This paper analyzed the conservation gap for natural resources and biodiversity in the northwest,the northeast,the central region,the east,the southeast,the south and the southwest of Yunnan. The protected areas of 9 ecosystem including the tropical montane rain forest,the limestone monsoon forest,deciduous monsoon forest listed in the priority protection were not enough. 21 species of national key protected wild plants and small population plants failed to get protection and were not covered by nature reserves. The paper put forward some development countermeasures,such as formulating the development plan of nature reserve scientifically and promoting the construction and expansion of nature reserves.
