摘  要:2015年4月至6月,采用单一变量3次重复进行常绿荚蒾不同插穗部位和不同扦插基质试验。结果表明,常绿荚蒾的不同部位插穗在相同基质(园土:泥炭土=1∶1)中生根率存在显著差异,其中,中段插穗生根率最高(45.5%),生根最稳定,是插穗选取的理想部位。相同插穗(中段)在不同扦插基质中生根率存在极显著差异,其中,在园土∶河沙∶泥炭土=2∶2∶1的基质中生根率最高(73.3%),是该植物适宜的扦插基质。The cutting experiments of Viburnum sempervirens with different cutting parts and cutting matrix were carried out from April to June in 2015 based on the single variable repeated 3 times. The results showed that the rooting rates of different cutting parts in the same matrix( garden soil: peat soil matrix in1∶ 1) were significant differences,which was the highest( 45. 5%) and the most stable with the middle stem cuttings. The rooting rate of the same cuttings( middle stem) was significantly various in different cutting matrix,which was the highest( 73. 3%) with garden soil: river sand: peat soil cutting matrix in2∶ 2∶ 1 considered as the suitable cutting substrate.
