摘  要:按不同土壤、扦插深度、枝条软硬和是否采取生根药物处理对野扇花进行大田生产试验。研究结果表明:野扇花不经过任何处理成活率也较高;扦插的适宜土壤为黄壤与药渣土按1∶1配比的混合土;硬枝、软枝均可用于扦插,软枝扦插成活率显著高于硬枝扦插;采用生根药物浸蘸处理可大大提高扦插成活率;扦插深度为插穗的1/2~2/3,以插穗的2/3深度为好。土壤酸碱度和不同浓度生根药物处理对野扇花扦插苗成活率的影响有待进一步研究。The production test on field cutting of Sarcococca ruscifolia were carried out in different soil conditions and cutting depth,with hardwood or greenwood and with or without rooting agent. The results showed that the survival rate of S. ruscifolia without any treatment was higher. The suitable soil for cutting was mixed soil of yellow soil and medicine residues in proportion 1∶ 1. The survival rate of greenwood was significantly higher than that of hardwood. The survival rate of cuttings was improved greatly by using rooting agent. The cutting depth was 1/2 ~ 2/3 of the cuttings and 2/3 of the cuttings was preferred. The effects of soil p H and different concentration of rooting agent on the survival rate of S. ruscifolia cuttings remained to be further studied.
