摘 要:目的:优选清毒消瘀方水提液的纯化工艺,减少有效成分的流失。方法:用HPLC法测定制剂中黄芩苷、芍药苷、落新妇苷的含量,首先进行纯化方法的单因素考察,然后用L25(54)正交试验考察离心转速、药液比及离心时间对该制剂水提液的影响,筛选其最佳纯化工艺条件。结果:最佳离心纯化工艺条件为:将清毒消瘀方水提液常压浓缩至药液比为1∶3,再进行离心纯化处理,离心转速为3 500r·min^(-1),离心时间为40min。结论:实验优选得到的清毒消瘀方水提液离心纯化工艺能够得到有效成分含量较高的纯化液,且方法稳定,适合工业化生产。Objective:To optimize the purificationprocess of Qing Du Xiao Yu granule,decrease the loss of active ingredients.Methods:HPLC was used to determine the content of baicalin,paeoniflorin,astilbin.Firstly,single factor studies of the purification method was carried out,and then,orthogonal test was adopted in the study.Taking the content of baicalin,paeoniflorin,astilbin and the dry extract yield as the indexes,orthogonal test was used to investigate impacts that centrifugal speed,liquid rate and time effecting on the purification process of Qing Du Xiao Yu granule.Finally,the optimum purificationprocess was screened.Results:The optimal purificationprocess was conducted by diluting the concentrate to liquid rate is 1∶3 with 3500 r·min^(-1) for 40 min.Conclusion:Conclusion:The method allows for higher purification of the active ingredient.And the extraction process is feasible and stable and suitable for industrial production.
