养心安眠颗粒的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究养心安眠颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用旋转制粒设备制备养心安眠颗粒,对制粒过程中辅料种类、辅料用量、润湿剂的种类、润湿剂的用量、制粒转速、颗粒干燥温度等参数进行优化,筛选颗粒剂的最佳制备工艺。结果:最佳工艺为:总混粉中,15%麦芽糊精,5%PVP K30,充分混合,以95%乙醇为润湿剂,添加量为10mL/100g,来制备软材,旋转制粒机转速为35rpm,设备筛网为100mm。颗粒剂干燥条件为45℃下干燥40min。结论:养心安眠颗粒的制备工艺方法稳定可靠,颗粒成粒性好,溶化性佳,口感适宜,为本颗粒剂制备工艺的进一步提升及扩大生产规模提供了参考依据。Objective：To study preparation process of Yangxinanmian granules.Methods：Preparing traditional Chinese Medicine granules by rotary granulation equipment,and optimized parameters of accessories category,consumption,types of wetting agents,volume,granulating speed,dry temperature and so on,to gain optimal process.Results：The optimal preparation technology was：in total mixed powder,15% maltodextrin,5% PVP k30,wetting agents 95%ethanol,amount of application 10 mL/100 g,to prpare soft material,rotating speed of rotary granulator 35 rpm,screen mesh 100 mm,granules was dried at 45℃in 40 min.Conclusion：The preparation process of Yangxinanmian granules was stable and reliable,formability,solubility and taste well,it provided basis for further research and scale-up production of granules.
