摘　　要：目的:对黄芪多糖提取物中存在的杂糖和可能被人为添加的多种杂糖如葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、麦芽糖、乳糖进行鉴别;对黄芪多糖提取物的生物活性进行初步探究。方法:采用薄层色谱法、液相色谱、小鼠脾指数影响实验方法进行黄芪多糖提取物杂糖鉴别和生物活性试验。结果:两种杂糖检查法实验结果明确,黄芪多糖提取物可显著提高ICR小鼠脾指数。结论:薄层色谱检查法简单易行,斑点显色清晰,系统耐用性较好;液相色谱法灵敏度高,可定性定量,两种方法相互辅助,可精准识别黄芪多糖提取物中的多种杂糖成分,并辅助验证了中药黄芪在提高动物机体免疫力方面的生物活性。Objective：To identify and identify the miscellaneous sugars in Astragalus polysaccharide extract and various polysaccharides,such as glucose,sucrose,fructose,Arabia sugar,rhamnose,maltose and lactose,which may be artificially added.Preliminary study on biological activity of Astragalus Polysaccharide extract.Methods：The method of TLC,liquid chromatography and spleen index were used to identify the saccharide of Astragalus polysaccharide extract and the biological activity test.Results：The results of two kinds of carbohydrate test showed that Astragalus polysaccharide extract could significantly improve the spleen index of ICR mice.Conclusion：It can be seen from the experimental results that thin layer chromatography is simple and easy to operate,the spots are clear and the system has good durability.The HPLC method is sensitive,qualitative and quantitative.The two methods are complementary to each other,which can accurately identify a variety of carbohydrate components in Astragalus polysaccharides extract,and verify the biological activity of Astragalus membranaceus in improving the immunity of animals.
