《标幽赋》针灸理论对临床的指导意义探析

摘　　要：通过整理《标幽赋》中关于针灸理论的相关论述,主要从针刺取穴特点、针刺补泻方法、针刺禁忌三个方面总结其在针灸临床中的具体指导作用,探讨《标幽赋》针灸理论对临床的指导意义。研究发现《标幽赋》擅长特定穴的应用,重视时间针法,因时因地因人制宜,善用上下、前后、左右等多种配穴方法和单式、复式补泻手法,为针灸临床治疗过程中选用何时何穴、运用何种针刺手法提供了参考依据,同时也提高了临床疗效。此外,《标幽赋》中还论述了患者不适合针灸治疗的状况及时间,并明确指出了禁针禁灸穴,强调医者提高自身诊疗技术的重要性,避免失治误治,为针灸临床有效规避风险提供了详实的理论依据。《标幽赋》针灸理论言简意赅、贴近临床、规避风险、提高疗效,对于针灸临床具有重要指导作用。Through sorting out the ＂ Biao You Fu＂ of the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion,mainly summarizes the specific guiding role of acupuncture in the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion in three aspects：the characteristics of acupuncture point taking,the method of reinforcing and reducing acupuncture and the taboos of acupuncture,and to explore the guiding significance of the theory of Acupuncture and moxibustion in ＂ Biao You Fu＂.The study found that the ＂ Biao You Fu＂ is good at the application of specific points,attaching importance to the time needling method and the time and place for local conditionsand using of various methods and single points for upper and lower,around,left and right.It is helpful to provide reference basis for the selection of when and what acupuncture manipulation in the process of acupuncture and moxibustion.At the same time,it also improves the clinical effect.In addition,Dou also discussed the condition and time of the patients who were not suitable for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and pointed out the prohibition acupuncture point moxibustion point clearly,and emphasized the importance of the doctors to improve their own diagnosis and treatment technology,avoid the mismanagement of the treatment,and provided a detailed theoretical basis for the effective avoidance of the risk of acupuncture and moxibustion.The theory of acupuncture and moxibustion in ＂ Biao You Fu＂ is concise,close to the clinic,avoiding the risk and improving the curative effect,which plays an important guiding role in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.
