摘　　要：目的:了解银杏内酯注射液临床超说明书使用情况,为合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:对使用银杏内酯注射液的121例出院患者病历医嘱进行回顾性分析。结果:超功能主治使用78例,超溶媒使用20例,超疗程使用9例,低于14岁儿童使用10例,高于75岁老人使用19例。结论:临床使用银杏内酯注射液存在超说明书用药现象,医务人员应辨证施药,严格按照中药注射剂说明书要求合理用药,保证用药安全。Objective：To understand the off-label use of Bilobalide injections in clinic,promote reasonable application of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods：A total of 121 discharged patients＇ case files were retrospectively analyzed and discussed its rationality.Results：There were 78 cases for off-label indications.20 cases for overmenstruum,9 cases for beyond the course of treatment,and 10 cases used in children under 14 years of age,19 cases used in elderly greater than 75 years of age.Conclusion：There is aphenomenon of off-label use of Bilobalide Ijections in clinic,medical staff should apply medicine with reasonable differentiation,the use of traditional Chinese medicine injection should strictly follow the instructions to ensure the safety of the medication.
