摘  要:志留系竹溪组主要由黄绿色、浅灰色泥岩、泥质板岩组成,夹有生屑灰岩及礁灰岩,主要分布在湖北竹溪、陕西平利一带。自建立以来,其地质时代一直存在争议。在竹溪县城北新胜剖面竹溪组采集了腕足类、三叶虫、珊瑚以及牙形类等化石,各类化石组合均显示竹溪组中下部地层的地质时代为志留纪兰多维列世特列奇中、晚期。同时开展了稳定碳同位素地层学研究,在竹溪组顶部礁灰岩段可见一个较为显著的碳同位素漂移事件,漂移幅度达+4.5‰,碳同位素峰值可达6‰。然而,因顶部灰岩缺乏有效的化石证据,其精确时代及其全球对比意义尚待今后开展进一步的研究工作。The Zhuxi Formation is characterized by greenish, grayish mudstone, and muddy slate, with subordinate bioclastic, reefal limestone. It is mainly distributed in the Zhuxi County of Hubei Province and Pingli County of Shaanxi Province. Since its establishment, there is a long debate on its age. We made new collections of brachiopods, trilobites, corals, conodonts, as well as carbon isotope samples from the Zhuxi Formation in the Xinsheng section, Zhuxi County, Hubei Province. The results from brachiopods, trilobites, corals, and conodonts indicate that the age of the lower and middle Zhuxi Formation falls in the middle and late Telychian. Moreover, carbon isotope data have been documented from the Zhuxi Formation, showing a conspicuous positive excursion in the upper Zhuxi Formation with its lithology dominated by the bioclastic, reefal limestone. However, the age of the upper Zhuxi Formation is still a matter of debate due to lack of biostratigraphically useful fossil.
