摘　　要：从系统视角出发,基于专利数据,从专利基本特征、技术生态位之"态""势"三方面横向剖析我国新能源汽车技术创新状况及主要技术特征,据此纵向分析代表性企业、高校及科研院所的技术专注点,并从政府、产业联盟及企业三层次为我国新能源汽车的技术发展提供思路。From the system perspective, based on patent data, this paper analyzes the technological innovation status and main technological characteristics of new energy vehicles in China from three aspects： the basic characteristics of patents and the ＂state＂ and ＂potential＂ of technological niche. Based on this, this paper analyzes the technical focus of representative enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes, and provides ideas for the technological development of new energy vehicles in China, from three levels of government, industrial alliance and enterprises.
