摘  要:统筹兼顾营运成本效益和运输服务需求两个方面,研究提出了一套基于"营""运"双向综合效益最优的汽车轮渡航线运力数量配置方法。通过武汉市过江汽渡实例分析,校验了该方法具有较好的可操作性和实用性,可供运力规划中的同类问题提供借鉴。With overall consideration of operation cost effectiveness and transport service demand, this paper puts forward a set of method for the steam-ferry route capacity deployment planning method, which is based on achieving the "operation" and "transportation" two-way comprehensive optimal benefit. It is proved to be operable and practical through analyzing the example of cross-river steam-ferry in Wuhan. This method can provide the reference in solve similar problems in traffic capacity deployment planning field.
