典型地区推动无车承运人发展的经验比对研究

摘　　要：本文对全国多个地区的交通运输主管部门在推动无车承运试点工作方面的典型经验进行比对分析,总结提出在加强试点组织管理、完善省级监管平台、探索无车承运人税收政策、研究创新市场管理制度等四个方面的典型地区推动无车承运人发展经验。This paper analyzes the successful experience about the Truck Broker pilot project execution of many regional transportation departments. Then it summarizes and proposes the experience and reference in enhancing organizational management of pilot program, improving provincial level supervisory platform, exploring tax policy for Truck Broker and innovating market control system.
