摘　　要：把首钢京唐公司热轧带钢实际生产过程中常见的氧化铁皮缺陷根据形成原因的不同划分为5类。对5类氧化铁皮缺陷的特点进行了分析,提供了典型的表检图片及实物形貌;分析了5类氧化铁皮产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,大幅度降低了产品氧化铁皮缺陷的降级率,提高了产品质量。The familiar oxide scale defects of the hot rolled strip production in Shougang Jingtang Iron Steel Co.Ltd.were divided into five categories according to different reasons.Firstly,the characteristics of the five kinds of oxide scale defects were analyzed,and the typical table inspection images and physical appearance were given.And then the cause of five kinds of oxide scale were analyzed,and the control measures were put forward.The degrade rate of products for oxide scale defects was significantly decreased after the measures were targeted for actual production,and the product quality was further improved.
