摘 要:研究了带钢宽度范围内轧制力分布对工作辊磨损的影响,以及"猫耳"状边部轧制力对工作辊磨损的影响;利用实测轧制力分布结果,采用切片法计算了工作辊磨损分布,并对磨损辊型进行预报。基于现场实测数据优化了模型系数,磨损模型求解的预报值与实测磨损辊型值相接近,说明磨损预报模型具有较高的精度;并且模型公式简单、计算速度较快,可用于工作辊磨损辊型的在线预报。The influence of the rolling force distribution on the wear of the work roll was taken into account.The impact of the edge rolling force distribution with the "cat ears" on the work roll wear was considered.Based on the results of the measured rolling force distribution,the wear distribution of the work roll was calculated by slicing method.The wear contour of the work roll was predicted.Based on the measured data,the prediction model coefficients were optimized.The predicted values of the wear contour model were approached to the measured one.It is indicated that the wear contour prediction model had high accuracy,the model formula was simple,and the calculation speed was quicker.It could be applied to the on-line prediction of the work roll wear contour in hot strip mill.
