黔东南小香鸡种公鸡体重体型指数与精液品质的相关性研究

摘　　要：为了研究黔东南小香鸡种公鸡体重、体尺指标与精液品质的关系,本文选择30只400日龄健康黔东南小香鸡种公鸡,测定了其体重、体斜长及冠高等8项体尺指标和射精量等4项精液品质指标,并对体重和体尺指标与精液品质的相关性行了相关分析。结果显示：冠高与精液品质各个指标间有较弱负相关（P〉0.05）;冠宽与射精量、密度、活力负相关,与精液pH值正相关（P〉0.05）;体斜长、胫长与精液品质各指标正相关（P〉0.05）;胸宽与射精量、精液pH值、密度负相关,与活力正相关（P〉0.05）;胸深与射精量、活力负相关,与精液pH值、密度正相关（P〉0.05）;体重与射精量、活力正相关,与精液pH值、密度负相关（P〉0.05）;龙骨长与射精量、密度负相关,与精液pH值、活力正相关（P〉0.05）;体型指数与射精量、活力均呈负相关（P〉0.05）,与精液pH值显著负相关（P〈0.05）。In order to study the correlation of body weight and conformation indexes with semen quality of Qiandongnan breeder rooster Xi-aoxiang chickens, 30 of the breeder roosters were measured for their body weight, body conformation and comb height indexes, and their se-men quality indexes, and then correlation was analyzed between the body indexes and the semen quality. The results showed that the comb height was negatively correlated with the volume, density, vitality of the semen ejaculated （P〉0.05） but positively correlated with pH in the semen （P〉0. 05） ; the comb width was negatively related to the volume, density, vitality of the semen ejaculated （P〉0. 05） but positively correlated with pH in the semen （P〉0. 05） ; the body length and shank length were positively correlated with all the indexes of the semen quality （P〉0. 05） ; the chest width was negatively correlated with the density of semen ejaculated and the pH the semen but positively corre- lated with the their vitality （P〉0.05） ; the chest deep was negatively correlated with the volume of ejaculation and the vitality of the semen but positively correlated with the pH value and density of the semen ejaculated （P〉0. 05） ; the body weight was positively correlated with the volume of ejaculation and the vitality of the semen ejaculated but negatively correlated with the pH and density of the semen （P〉0. 05） ; the breastbone length was negatively correlated with the volume and density of the ejaculated semen but positively correlated with the pH and vi-tality of the semen （P〉0.05） ; the body conformation was negatively correlated with the volume and vitality of the ejaculated semen but sig-nificantly positively correlated with the pH value of the semen （P〈0. 05）.
