摘　　要：旨在调查分析贵州省2013-2016年猪腹泻发病的情况。对贵州省5个地州（市）14县（区）24个种猪场和规模养猪场共9 133头猪进行猪腹泻发病情况、临床症状调查,并对病变组织进行病理组织学检查。调查结果显示：贵州省2013—2016年猪腹泻发生率为55.41%（5 061/9133）,病死率为68.07%（3 445/5 061）,其中安顺市的猪腹泻发病率和死亡率都较高;猪腹泻发病时间在冬春季节较为集中,主要危害产房仔猪;对具有明显腹泻症状的发病猪进行剖检,观察到病变有腹股沟淋巴结充血、胃壁和肠壁变薄、肠壁充气、黄色水样肠道内容物等;对病变组织切片,HE染色镜检,观察到小肠绒毛上皮脱落、变短。结果表明,贵州省近4年猪腹泻发病率和病死率高,产房仔猪危害较大。The research was to investigate the epidemic characteristics of piglet diarrhea in Guizhou Province during 2013 to 2016. A total of 9133 pigs from 24 breeding pig farms and scaled pig farms in 14 different places of Guizhou Province were included in the study for the oc-currence of the disease, its clinical characteristics, histological change and HE observation. The results showed that the morbidity of the por-cine diarrhea was 55.41% （5 061/9 133） and the mortality rate was 68. 07% （3 445/5 061 ）. The morbidity and mortality of piglet diarrhea in the Anshun area were relatively higher. Piglet diarrhea mostly started in winter and spring, mainly infecting the early weaning piglets. Some symptoms such as swelling and congesting inguinal glands, thinner lining of the stomach and small intestine, and yellow substance in the di-gestive tract. The pathological sections with HE staining presented many infiltrated lymphocytes and fallen-off villi. The above results indica-ted that the piglet diarrhea was widely spread in the Guizhou area with high morbidity and mortality during the last four years, and the early weaning piglets were more likely to be infected.
