红光联合鼓室置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨红光联合鼓室置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的疗效。方法 180例SOM患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组60例。A组应用红光联合鼓室置管术,B组应用微波及鼓室置管术,C组单纯应用鼓室置管术。7d为一疗程。全部患者均随访6个月以上。结果 A组、B组、C组的治愈率分别为93.3%,80.0%,76.7%,A组治愈率明显高于B,C组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。6个月后随访,A组、B组、C组治愈率分别为90.0%,75.0%,70.0%,A组无不良反应及并发症,治愈率明显高于B,C组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论红光联合鼓室置管术治疗慢性SOM疗效高,安全性好,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects of red light combined with tympanic cavity intubation in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods A total of 180 cases with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into three groups. A group was treated by tympanic cavity intubation and red light therapyafter operatian. B group was treated by microwave therapy after operation. C group was only treated by operation. One course of treatment lasted for 7 d. Results By the end of the rapeutic course,the curative ratio of A group and B group and C group respectively were 93. 3%,80. 0%,76. 7%,with significantly statistical significance. The curative ratio of A group and B group and C group respectively were 90. 0%,75. 0%,70. 0% with significantly statistical significance after 6-month follow-up. No obvious adverse effects was found among all the cases in thisstudy. Conclusion Red light combined with tympanic cavity intubation in the treatment of secretory otitis media has a satisfying effects in the treatment of nervous tinnitus,higher security,which is worth to be popularized.
