摘  要:万科龙城广场办公楼建筑位于深圳市龙岗区,是一座超高层甲级写字楼,采用型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构。具有扭转不规则、局部楼层开大洞、跨层柱、结构高层超高等多项超限内容。采用SATWE与MIDAS GEN对结构进行多遇地震作用下弹性分析对比和弹性时程分析,SATWE进行设防地震作用下弹性分析以及采用SAUSAGE软件罕遇地震作用下进行弹塑性时程分析,分析结果表面,整体结构能满足预先提出的性能目标要求。并找出结构存在的薄弱部位,指导施工图设计。The office building ofVanke Longcheng square is located in Longgang District, Shenzhen. It is a super high-rise grade A office building. It adopts the reinforced concrete frame-tube structure, with many out-of-code contents including irregular torsion, opening large holes in partial floor, crossing over layer columns, and exceeding the height of high-rise buildings. SATWE and MIDAS GEN were used for elastic analysis and elastic time-history analysis under the action of multiple earthquakes, and SATWE was used to analyze the elastic analysis under seismic action and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis was carried out under the action of SAUSAGE software. The analysis results show that the overall structure can meet the pre-performance target requirements and find out the weak parts of the structure and guide the design of the construction drawings.
