摘　　要：旧村改造工程包括农村乡镇的城镇化和城中村改造工程,旧村已经制约城镇地区的实现现代化的步伐,对其改造是社会发展的必然趋势,也是实现全面小康的重要环节。但在旧村改造中,经常出现规划不合理、拆迁补偿困难、违建现象严重等问题。论文从这些问题出发,提出了合理的解决方案,即制定科学的规划方案,明确产权,制定科学合理的赔偿标准,同时重视市民化改造,关注村民的可持续发展。The reconstruction of old village includes the urbanization of villages and the reconstruction of the villages in city. The old village has restricted the pace o fmodernization in urb an areas, and the transformation is the inevitable trend o fsocial development, and is the important link of realizing all round well off life. But those problems, such as unreasonable planning, difficulty of compensation and the severity neo-treasure hill occurs in the project of reconstruction of old village. Based on these problems, this paper puts forward reasonable solution, namely make scientific planning, clear property rights, formulate scientific and reasonable compensation standard, and attaches great importance to the urbanization transformation and pay attention to the sustainable development of the villagers.
