毫火针联合308nm准分子光照射治疗白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察毫火针结合308nm准分子光治疗白癜风临床疗效。方法选取62例白癜风患者,每例患者选取2处相邻或者对称位置的白斑,并随机分入A,B组,A组给予308准分子光照射治疗(2次/周)基础上加用火针治疗(1次/周);B组只采用308准分子光照射(方法同A组)。分别于治疗4周、8周和12周后进行疗效评价及治疗12周后不良反应分析。结果 A组4周、8周和12周有效率为37.1%,53.2%和70.1%,B组有效率为27.4%,43.5%和58.1%,治疗12周后,A组疗效高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不同部位的疗效比较,A组四肢、手足效果高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应轻微,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论毫火针联合308nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效好,安全经济,更适用于四肢、手足部位。Objective To compare clinical efficacy of milli-fire needle combined with 308 nm excimer light and simple 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Sixty-two cases of vitiligo patients were selected,2 symmetric or adjacent white of each patient was selected and randomly divided into A and B group. A group received 308 excimer laser irradiation therapy（2 times/week） based on the use of milli-fire needle treatment（1 times/week）; B group with 308 excimer laser radiation therapy（2 times/week）. After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacy evaluation and adverse reaction were analyzed. Results At 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks efficiency of A group was 37. 1%,53. 2% and 70. 1%,B group was 27. 4%,43. 5% and 58. 1%,after 12 weeks of treatment,the overall efficacy of A group was significantly higher than that in B group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）; The curative effect of different parts of the2 groups was compared,the effect of extremities and hand feet in group A was higher than that in group B（P 〈0.05）. No serious adverse reaction occurred in all 2 groups. Conclusion It is safe and economical to treat vitiligo with needle and 308 nm excimer light. It is more suitable for extremities,hands and feet.
