摘　　要：创新档案馆治理是促进服务转型和提升档案公共服务能力的迫切需要。本文以当前我国档案馆治理的结构与冲突为论述切入点,深入分析合作治理在档案馆治理中的适用性,提出涵盖社会导向与意识培养,主体厘定与能力提升,多方联动与创新机制以及体系完善与制度保障的档案馆合作治理路径。Innovating the management of archives is an urgent need to promote service transformation and enhance public service capability of archives. Based on the current structure and conflict of archives governance in our country, this paper analyzes in depth the applicability of cooperative governance in the governance of archives and proposes the ways of archives cooperative governance, including social orientation and awareness raising, main body determination and ability improvement, multi-cooperation and mechanism innovation, system perfecting and institutional guarantee.
