脾氨肽冻干粉对支气管哮喘患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脾氨肽冻干粉口服在支气管哮喘患儿治疗过程中对外周血IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE水平及T细胞亚群影响。方法选取吉林大学中日联谊医院儿科支气管哮喘患者60例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同,分为研究组和对照组。研究组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予脾氨肽冻干粉口服,对照组患儿仅采取常规治疗。分析患儿治疗效果及对患儿外周血IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE水平及T细胞亚群影响。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前外周血IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE水平及T细胞亚群差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,研究组治疗前后、对照组治疗前后及研究组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比IgG、IgA、IgM水平改变无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组及对照组治疗前相比IgE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后与治疗前相比IgE水平降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比IgE水平降低差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗后与治疗前相比IgE水平降低差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后相比CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+升高水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+升高水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患儿治疗前后CD8^+降低差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗前后CD8^+水平降低差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后CD8^+降低与对照组治疗后相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患儿常规治疗基础上加用脾氨肽冻干粉治疗取得较好疗效,且能改善患儿T细胞亚群功能,降低IgE水平,调节免疫平衡,利于控制喘息发作。Objective To study the influence of spleen aminopeptidase on serum IgG,IgA,IgM and T cell subset in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods The children were divided into the observation group and the control group based on the different treatments.On the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was supplemented with spleen aminopeptidase.The control group was treated with routine treatment.Their efficiency,and serum IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE and T cell subset changes were comparatively analyzed.Results The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in serum IgG,IgA,IgM and T cell subset before treatment（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance in serum IgG,IgA,IgM before and after treatment in the observation group.The same reslut in the control group before and after treatment（P〈0.05）,and compared with before treatment,control group were insignificant differences（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance in serum IgG,IgA,IgM before and after treatment between two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in serum IgE level between the observation group and the control group before treatment（P〈0.05）.The difference in IgE level was statistically significant compared with that before treatment in the observation group（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in IgE level between the control group after treatment and before treatment（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,CD3~＋、CD4~＋、CD4~＋/CD8~＋ratios increased significantly（P〈0.05）,Compared with the control group,the difference of CD3~＋,CD4~＋,CD4~＋/CD8~＋increased level was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3~＋,CD4~＋,CD4~＋/CD8~＋in the control group before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in CD8~＋before and after treatment in the study group（P〈0.05）,and no statistically signif
