摘 要:目的为探讨飞行员心血管疾病机理,对东北地区飞行员血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]含量进行初步调查。方法采用免疫透射比浊法测定血清Lp(a),275例23-40岁健康飞行员按年龄为A、B两实验组,737例20-40岁地面健康人按年龄为C、D两对照组。结果飞行员与对照组血清Lp(a)含量均呈偏态分布。A、B两组血清Lp(a)含量具有显著差异(u=3.946,P<0.001),B组血清Lp(a)含量显著高于A组;C、D两对照组血清Lp(a)含量没有显著差异(u=0.870,P>0.50);A-D各组血清Lp(a)阳性率分别为13.7%、32.6%、17.8%和19.1%,χ~2检验A、B组间和B、D组间具有显著差异(A、B组χ~2=19.35,P<0.001;C、D组χ~2=0.116,P>0.50;A、C组χ~2=1.396,P=0.25;B、D组χ~2=10.38,P<0.001)。结论东北地区飞行员血清Lp(a)有年龄差异,30-40岁组飞行员血清Lp(a)水平高于23-30组飞行员,并同时高于同年龄对照组。测定血清Lp(a)可用于预测飞行员心血管事件发生的危险性,针对血清Lp(a)升高采取干预措施,减缓飞行员冠心病的发生。Objective To investigate the mechanism of cardiovascular disease in pilots and the content of serum lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)].Methods Lp(a)was measured by using the immune transmission turbidity method,275 patients aged from 23 to 40 years of age were A,B two experimental groups,737 cases of 20 to 40 year old healthy people by age D,C two control groups.Results The pilot and the control group serum Lp(a)showed a skewed distribution content.A,B groups serum Lp(a)the content of a significant difference(u=3.946,P〈0.001),group B serum Lp(a)levels were significantly higher in group A;There was no significant difference(u=0.870,P0.50)in group C and D;The serum Lp(a)positive rate of A-D respectively 13.7%,32.6%,17.8% and 19.1%,χ~2 tests between A,B group and B,D group have significant difference(A,B Groupχ~2=19.35,P〈0.001;C,D groupχ~2=0.116,P0.50;A,C groupχ~2=1.396,P=0.25;B,D groupχ~2=10.38,P〈0.001).Conclusion There was age difference in the Northeast Region pilot serum Lp(a),The pilot serum Lp(a)levels 30-40 years old group were above those of the 23-30 group pilots,and also higher than those of the same age group.Serum Lp(a)can be used to predict the risk of cardiovascular events,and reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD)by the intervention of Lp(a).
