摘 要:目的通过测量实际宫颈形态及体积,对二维超声测量宫颈形态及体积的准确性做出评估。方法对重庆医科大学附属第二医院2016年9月至2017年3月行全子宫切除术的43例患者,在手术前采用经阴道二维超声对宫颈横径、前后径、长径进行测量,计算宫颈体积,术后用游标卡尺测量宫颈横径、前后径及长径,并利用排水法测量宫颈实际体积,对所得结果进行统计学分析。结果宫颈横径及宫颈长径在两种方法测量下差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而实际宫颈前后径测量值大于二维超声测量值[(26.16±3.81)cm vs.(24.96±4.16)cm,P<0.05]。实际宫颈体积测量值为7.5~34.5(17.74±5.78)cm^3,二维超声宫颈体积测量值为6.68~35.85(17.68±6.20)cm^3,二维超声宫颈体积测量值与实际宫颈体积相比,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二维超声对宫颈形态及体积测量具有较高的准确性。Objective By measuring the actual cervix morphology and volume,to evaluate the accuracy of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound in measuring the cervical morphology and volume.Methods A total of 43 hysterectomy patients who were operated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2016 to March 2017 were included in the study;before the hysterectomy,the cervical anteroposterior diameters,transverse diameters and longitudinal diameters were measured by transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound,and after the operation,the anteroposterior diameters,transverse diameters and longitudinal diameters were measured by vernier caliper;used the displacement volume of normal saline to measure the actual cervical volume;finally all the results were statistically analyzed.Results There were no significant difference between the actual transverse diameters measured by vernier caliper and theoretic transverse diameters measured by two-dimensional ultrasound(P〉0.05);there was no significant difference between the longitudinal diameters and theoretic longitudinal diameters(P〉0.05);the actual anteroposterior diameters of the cervix were greater than those measured by two-dimensional ultrasound(P〈0.05). The actual volume of the cervix was[7.5-34.5(17.74±5.78)]cm3,while the theoretic volume of cervix by two-dimensional ultrasound was[6.68-35.85(17.68±6.20)]cm3. Comparing the theoretical volume with the actual volume of cervix,there was no difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion The two-dimensional ultrasound has a high accuracy in the measurement of cervical morphology and actual volume.
