摘 要:发电机内冷水系统在长期运行过程中,不可避免地会发生腐蚀产物沉积,导致线棒间温差升高,机组被迫降负荷运行。化学清洗能根除沉积问题,确保机组安全运行。选择硫酸、磷酸、氨基磺酸、柠檬酸、EDTA钠盐、羟基乙酸+甲酸混酸、自制复合酸COAD等清洗介质,进行溶解和腐蚀试验。研究结果表明,复合酸COAD有最好的清洗效果。采用研究配方COAD对电厂发电机内冷水系统进行化学清洗,很好地解决了定子线棒间温差偏高的问题。In the process of long-term operation of the generator cold water system,the corrosion product deposition will inevitably occur,resulting in the temperature difference between the trough and the unit being forced to run down. Chemical cleaning can eliminate the deposition problem and ensure the safe operation of the unit. The dissolution and corrosion tests were carried out on the cleaning medium such as sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid,sulfamic acid,citric acid,EDTA sodium salt,glycolic acid + formic acid mixed acid and homemade compound organic acid COAD. The results show that the compound organic acid COAD has the best cleaning effect. And the use of research formula COAD on the power plant generator cold water system for chemical cleaning,a good solution to the stator line between the temperature difference is too high.
