摘　　要：目的探讨EB病毒感染胃癌细胞后,细胞中MAPK通路蛋白表达的变化。方法将EB病毒作用于胃癌细胞0、24和48 h,采用MTT法检测细胞的增殖情况,Western blot法检测细胞中MAPK通路蛋白ERK1/2、JNK、p38、磷酸化ERK1/2(p-ERK1/2)、磷酸化JNK(p-JNK)、磷酸化p38(p-p38)表达的变化。结果随着EB病毒作用时间的延长,胃癌细胞的生长率及p-ERK1/2的表达量均逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论 EB病毒作用于胃癌细胞过程中,通过ERK1/2途径促进胃癌细胞增殖。Objective To investigate the change of expression of MAPK pathway protein in the gastric cancer cells infected with EB virus. Methods Gastric cancer cells were infected with EB virus for 0,24 and 48 h,then determined for proliferation by MTT assay,and for expressions of MAPK pathway proteins ERK1/2,JNK,p38,phosphorylated ERK1/2（p-ERK1/2）,phosphorylated JNK（p-JNK）,phosphorylated p38（p-p38）by Western blot. Results The growth rate and expression level of p-ERK1/2 of gastric cancer cells increased gradually with the increasing time for EB virus infection（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion EB virus promoted the proliferation of gastric cancer cells via ERK1/2 pathway.
