人参缩心饮对腹主动脉狭窄致大鼠心肌肥厚的影响

摘　　要：目的研究人参缩心饮对腹主动脉狭窄致大鼠心肌肥厚的影响,揭示人参缩心饮对心肌肥厚的保护作用机制。方法采用结扎腹主动脉方法建立压力负荷性心肌肥厚模型,用人参缩心饮进行干预,对各组大鼠进行血流动力学指标、左心室脏器系数、左室前壁及室间隔厚度、左心室肌蛋白含量、左心室肌胶原含量测定以及心肌间质胶原容积检测。结果人参缩心饮中、高剂量组能改善心肌肥厚大鼠血流动力学参数,能降低心肌肥厚大鼠左室前壁及室间隔厚度、左心室胶原含量及心肌间质胶原容积分数。结论人参缩心饮对心肌肥厚有一定疗效,且呈一定量效关系,并对腹主动脉狭窄致大鼠心肌肥厚具有一定的抑制作用。Objective To study the effect of Ginseng shrinkage heart drink in treatment of myocardial hypertrophy caused by abdominal aortic stenosis in rats, and to reveal the mechanism of Ginseng shrinkage heart drink on myocardial hypertrophy. Methods The model of pressure load hypertrophy was established by ligating the abdominal aorta, the hemodynamic index, the left ventricular organ coefficient, the left ventricular anterior wall and the thickness of the left ventricular septum, the left ventricular muscle protein content, the left ventricular muscle collagen content, and the myocardial collagen volume were measured in each group. Results The medium dosage and high dosage group of Ginseng shrinkage heart drink could improve the hemodynamic parameters of the rats with myocardial hypertrophy, reduce the cardiac coefficient of the rats with myocardial hypertrophy, and reduce the thickness of the left ventricular anterior wall and interventricular septum, the content of left ventricular collagen and the collagen volume fraction of the myocardium in the hypertrophic rats. Conclusion Ginseng shrinkage heart drink has certain effect on myocardial hypertrophy, and shows a dose effect relationship. It also has certain inhibitory effect on myocardial hypertrophy of rats induced by abdominal aortic stenosis.
